The star forward sat out the remainder of the regular season after suffering a left knee hyperextension on March 15.
The investigation examined whether the Bucks’ decision to keep Antetokounmpo out of play violated league rules. The NBA concluded that the team’s actions were within compliance and did not breach any regulations.
